Indian Army — I am complaining about a vivo smartphone which was put on hold

I saw a post on facebook name raj kumar he posted offer for vivo v21 phone which he was giving at rate of 10000 ..i havent received it till now..he said it has put on hold.and now his phone army courier service no all no are switched off..how to take my money back..he has taken 10000 from me..just resolve it now.

Updated by Azam malik11 I also talked to higher authority he said to deposit 199 to get it resolve fast ..just resolve it immediately i am fed up they all are fraud and return my money now...
