Yesterday i saw a deal at olx of an activa 5g for 25000 after bargain deal was fixed at 20000. The name of the owner of activa is rajkumar kailash seth. He said that he had speed posted the activa and it will be delivered to be my evening and asked for a transport charge of ₹2150. I asked my dad for that and he payed the amount but then they called and said that payment is to be made in two time transaction 2000+150 we paid that again. Later in the evening he asked to pay the remaining amount for some security purpose, my dad paid that remaining amount and he saud that activa will be delivered to you in about 50 minutes. But then the delivery person whose name is abhishek called again and said we have to pay 11560 but there was some communication gap due to which we thought its 11508. After a lot discussion with my dad he paid that my asking from hi colleagues for loan. The delivery boy said this amount will ne returned in cash. But then again he said that 11560 is to be deposited again my dad again asked his colleagues for granting him loan as he will repay him in the next morning when we will receive the cash. Now that delivery person is asking for a payment of ₹21260 payment again only then he will deliver the activa. Then i googled about it and it came out to be a fraud.in the name of army, we blind trusted him. My dad is a common man, we belong to a lower middle class family. Please suggest me how to punish this man. I hope you will take necessary actions and the amount which we paid till now i. E. ₹ (2150+2000+150+15700+11508+11560)=₹43608. They said they work for cisf.
