Hello i saw a add on olx for activa 5g by person moped no MH27CK6532 on the name of Vipin Rajendra Khawale. He give his contact number.[protected] and[protected].
fter having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics, rc of bike, his adhar card and canteen card details.
After that he insisted me to pay 2150 for army parcel and delivery will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 2150 as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by evening. After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining 30% Amount money before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment. Finally when asked you are a fraud, they agreed and said that you feel less pain as you get free in less amount.

उसके बाद उन्होंने मुझे सेना के पार्सल के लिए 𝟱𝟭𝟬𝟬 ₹ का भुगतान करने के लिए जोर दिया और डाकिया इसे मेरे वर्तमान स्थान पर पहुंचा देगा।

भारतीय सेना और सैनिकों के नाम पर मुझे बहुत समझाने के बाद।
मैंने उसे 𝟱𝟭𝟬𝟬 ₹ का भुगतान किया क्योंकि अनुरोधित खाता भी सेना परिवहन कह रहा है।

उसके बाद उन्होंने कहा कि यह शाम तक वितरित होगा। उसके बाद एक आदमी ने सेना के डिलीवरी पोस्ट मैन के नाम से फोन किया और मुझे डिलीवर होने से पहले बाकी के पैसे देने को कहा।
उसके बाद दोनों मुझे पेमेंट करने के लिए मनाने लगे। तो मैं सहमत हो गया और पैसे डाल दिया ़

I got fraud in purchasing bike Splendor .
name of person tell me :-vikas

I give me phone [protected]. We discussed on vehicle and finalize bike prize. He tell me he is from army from delhi camp. then he ask me for some money to dispatch bike by indian army transfer facility. So I will give him 3170rs. then he send me receipt of dispatch. At evening I am getting call of post man and he ask to complete payment for that bike. I will vai phonepee. After that he is asking for deposit money. I will pay that also. from that transfer of money His mobile no is still working. Second no Google pay - [protected] it's still available.

Yes i read multiple comments and posts about these activities. Now i see everywhere the scenario was same where in it starts with OLX and then ARMy story followed by courier and one day delivery. I my self came across through similar conversation today but i wasn't convinced as i have the habit of multi vitrification before buying anything, i asked a help of my friend if he can check the vehicle before we confirm the purchase/go ahead with any doc exchange process but there was a denial from the other end and requesting if interested buy from the direct delivery. Hence my friend did a quick research cuz of bad instincts we came across though this fraud activity.
Luckily we denied his offer and saved our selves from being cheated.

This person mr.gaurav thapa claims to be cisf person as given an advertisment that he wanted to sell his car alto ( which is shown in this pic vehicle no DL 3C BV 9146) and I approached him and the deal was finalized in 25k, he asked me to put the advance in the name of Indian army transport service and I paid him 3120 as first installment and he confirmed that next morning the vehicle will be delivered at my door step in military vehicle ( which I was quite surprised ) but was not knowing their protocol, anyway next morning on 3rd August someone claimed to be driver of the vehicle called me early morning that his vehicle has been held back at rasyani due to some gprs issue, and I need to pay him 9999 to activate gprs, I told him that I can pay the balance at the time of delivery but he insists without the amount Vehicle can't move forward, so I called Mr.Gaurav Thapa again and he said that he will check and confirm and within 5 mts he said that I need to pay 9999 and money can adjusted at the time of delivery, and i transferred the amount of 9999 to Indian Army Transport service once the amount transferred, again he called up and told me pay the 9999 in two installments 9000 and 999, I told him that I already paid but he adamant that I need to pay again 9999 in two installments, things came quite serious and again I called Mr Gaurav thapa, he convienced me that to pay again in two installments and balance 1882 can be paid at the time of delivery, he gave me all good reasons he is army man and I should believe him considering his request I trusted him and paid him the 3 rd installments in two parts 9000 and 999, and I expected that it would be delivered but after half n hour the driver again called up and told that he has reached panvel and need to transfer 14500 as transportation cost and without that it cannot be delivered and I was blank as I knowd that I was fooled, I called up Mr Gaurav thapa again and he also said that I need to pay we had huge argument and now he has blocked my no.

Please he is a fraud person and be cautious...

I request CISF to please Investigate the matter very seriously, will be tagging Mr.Rajesh Ranjan ji as this matter is hampering the entire CISF force ...

There was an active add on OLX on 10 aug, it was a mobile phone there was number on edited over the pics, immediately I called him and asked about the price, and after few conversations I suspected him but he sent me his I'd (adhaar, army card, )
So I trusted him he asked me 320 for delivery courier charges I paid him through Google pay, he said to me that "you will receive the mobile phone parcel by this evening, before the delivery he called me and asked for total money whicy I did pay so till then it was going well but I searched in Google about such frauds and then I realized something was wrong so I called him and told that I'll go to the police & yet he was still saying that he is man from Indian army, he told he will deliver anyhow by tomorrow but I suspect it as fraud case

Same happend with me today same person I saw a add about nikon d7500 on 15 august and i ask he to buy that camera he said that he is army person and he will send the camera through army postal department and told m to send 5000 thousands rupess in advance he send m his identity card of amry and his aadhar card as I too army person so i belive him and send 5000 and further he told that it is urgent send 3000 more and i sent again after that he told m that he has sent my parsel through army postal department and will reach m 17 August. And today I got call from a number and he said I'm from army postal department and I have your parcel but you have to sent 12000 as security than i ll deliver your parcel and I trust him and sent 12000 thousand and after few minute later he call me again and told that he will not get any amount please sent it again you will get all your amount that is 24000 as refund when your parcel is delivered I sent again n than he said sorry sir I could not deliver your parcel it is 8 hour late if you want is it right now so send 21000 immediately than I realise that they are fraud I deny to gave more money they said if you not send your order will be pending for 6 months and you will get your money 6 month later..
