I came through an advertisement about pulsar 220 bike of an army soldier named sudheer through over night Express car and bike transport service of indian army transport service.
After having a chat he agreed and asked for some delivery charges and I sent 3000 rupees through phone pay upi ID [protected]@ybi .
But now they are saying you are late in payment so have to pay 11000as fine along with original payment of 14000.
I agreed for that and payed, but now they are saying you have to pay 11000 at once but I paid it in two transactions
They are saying it's a rule and you have to pay 11000 at once and we will return the amount of fine at the time of delivery and not accepting calls.
