Indian Army — mobile fraud of army person

Sir. I'm harish from karnataka. I find iphone 6s in olx and the owner of that phone is havaldar manjeet from rajastan to completedo deal amount of 10000 and started with a payment of rs5000 on payment number another 5000 will after the delivery but he asked me before the product deliver and i pays total amount of rs 10000. Bt i didn't receive the parcel and he cheats me... His phone is switched off he can't talk to me... So plz help me to recover my money...
