Sir/madam, pl update me the status o[censored]r file no e/slg/32869 which i received through ur kind sms on 18 apr 2019.in ur msg i was instructed to visit urc after 10 days to receive chip card n destroy my old card. But till date i didn't received my new card n my old card has been block, with which am facing lot of hardship.
Sir/madam, ur kind consideration in this matter will be highly appreciated. Thank u
