Indian Army — not received pli policy amount after surrender

Respected sir,

I, t paul zomi would like to inform that i had submitted my pli no aps[protected]l on 10jam 2018 via 2cbpo (Kolkata). I have not received any response regarding this since the surrender of the same. And have not received the insurance amount as well till date.

I would request you to look into this at earliest and process the same so that i could receive the insurance amount entitled to me as soon as possible.

I hereby request you process the above mentioned and revert to me at as soon as possible.
