Indian Army — One lakh 80 thousand stolen by a person claiming to be from Indian Army

I had posted about my flat to be put on rent on 99 acres. I got a call from a person saying he is interested and he wants to pay me token amount of 35 thousand. He told me to scan a qr code and send him 1 rupee. On doing that I got the money back. He asked me to do the same transaction again for 24500. On doing that I did not get the money back. He insisted it will happen when we do it twice. When nothing happened he asked my husband's account details and did the same thing again. He did the transactions hoping our money will be back now. When the daily limit exceeded, he said let's do it tomorrow. We asked him to do a 500 rupees transaction. That was successful. But later I searched on the internet and found that many people have been scammed in the same. Is this really how Indian Army does payments? I can give all the proof when the issue is taken for resolution
