1. My Father's details are-
Lt. Col.(TS) G.S.Deou
Unit - 2/1 GR
IC No. - 24603
PIN - 910002
2. I want to plea my father's case-
1. His Membership has Not Ceased till date.
3. His GCM (General Court Martial) was done in Suratgarh in April, 1995 in his last Provost Unit Posting.
4. It has now been a long wait of 30 years since for justice.
5. He is now above 82 years and has suffered significantly since.
6. He is extremely stressed and mentally disturbed and has recently also suffered brain stroke. His health is deteriorating.
3. This officer is WAITING for his dues to be yet sanctioned and given to him.
He and his family- his wife, and three children, myself and two daughters have Already suffered a lot in these past three decades.
4. My father is waiting to receive his dues-
Gratuity, Group Insurance and his Pension. (He joined Army in June, 1962- all hid dues since then till date)
5. Above all he and his family want Clarity and a proper retirement for him from the Army.
He is still positively hoping for a fitting Closure to his long pending case since 1995, that it will be solved and his unshakable faith in the system to come true.
6. I humbly request you to kindly instruct to settle all his long pending dues.
7. He has Already sent Several Letters (in these past 30 years) related with the case addressed to -
• His Unit
• The Defence Ministry
• The Chief Justice of India
• The President of India
BUT now he is no more in a state to continue communication. Hence, I, his son, on his behalf want to further his case and pray hopefully that the concerned authorities will look into this matter and will provide a definite and positive closure to his long pending case.
I again request you to consider our plea on Humanitarian Grounds so that at this age now he can live peacefully without any stress.
Sir, please render Justice to my father, this is my family's sincere and humble request to you.🙏
Regards
