Indian Army — redmi note 5 pro on olx

Hello i saw a add on olx for redmi note5 pro by person name sahil kumar. He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the mobile details pics, bill of mobile, his aadhar card and pan card details.
After that he insisted me to pay 500 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 500 as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by evening.

I saw the ade on old after that I chat with him he asked for 20% money I gave him and after thet I also gave him 4000, 3250, and more
Total of 16000rs
The deal was done by 19k and after 16k he is asking me for more 15k
Please help me for getting my money refunded
