Indian Army — Reporting Online Fraud by scammer impersonating Indian Army "Randip Singh"

I have been duped of amount Rs 23999/- by a person impersonating as "Randip Singh" from Indian Army working in Jammy Kashmir on 14th Apr 2022, he needed rental on my apartment posted on 99acres.com.

He again and again took vow on his uniform and begged for trusting his words since being from Indian Army, also shared his (claimed) Aadhar Card / Pan Card / Liquor Card details on my WhatsApp.

He called and told he will be connecting me with his seniors, since he will be paying from his merchant account, his impersonating seniors claimed his money only will be received if I transferred same amount to given account, since it was some special army merchant account. Earlier when I transferred 1 Rs he transferred it back immediately but, when I transferred Rs 12000/- then he told session expired, I had to try again so I had transferred him Rs 11999/- again, to which he again told session got expired and was repeating I had to try again else Mr Randip Singh Amount will be stuck and he will suspend his card for 6 month.

Till now I already lost Rs 23999/- and I had not patience left, so I threatened him that I will report the same to police and FIR to which his claimed senior told "go ahead !".

If you see the whole incident I am the Joker here certainly.
