Even i have been fooled by vikas patel on 16 july 19
I should have search before abd then transfer d amount i filed a complain about the same to cyber cell.. lets hope that this man should be arrested so that he cannot fool innocent people.

He was trying to fool me as well by selling Apatche RTR 160 at 24, 000 . .but thanks to this post, i was saved...He posted ad on olx with his number..[protected]..he told me not to text but send voice notes on whatsapp..so i got suspicious and checked his name on google and was saved.. How to put this fraud behind bars??

Sir ..my name is thotada sunil...i saw the ad about duke200 in facebook app 28th august.. after i received a msg from that seller whose name is yogesh saini...he send his contact number to me...and then i message him in whatsapp...then he chat with me..then he said that.."sir I'm an army officer.. tomorrow morning I'll go to Jammu and Kashmir that's why I'm selling my bike at lowest price"...then i trusted him because, i love indian army.. that's why i don't ask any question... after he send his grocery card& adhaar card...after it I'm fully trusted... after that he make a call to me..he said that..sir I'm in army transport office..your bike is ready to dispatch..so please send me travelling charge.then i paid it..and again he cal me and said that your bike dispatched you at early morning before 9'o clock...at 29th august i get call from vikash patel at early morning...then he said so and so.. I'll pay all the payment what he said to me...i paid to vikash patel & yogesh saini is 1, 28, 550 rupees.. please sir..my kind request is to return my money back sir... because my parents are borrowed from others with interest of 10 rupees...please sir.. kindly solve my problem sir...and one more thing I'll submit all that chatting and photos of them and also phone call recordings& also my transaction screen shot ..please do justice to me, sir..please it's my humble request to you...jai hind

I saw an ad on Facebook and thought of buying a Royal enfield bike. A person who told his name as vikas patel (Phone - [protected]) told him as an army officer and asked me to pay the money via googlepay to number [[protected] ] so that he can get the phone released from office. To prove his identity - he sent me his csd canteen identity card, and his other pics (Attached). Considering the authenticity, i transferred him initial 3150/- via Gpay. Post this - he asked me to transfer another remaining 11500 for insurance/- so that he can get approve from manager and send u bike to home delivery. Byluck - i
got doubt and searched in google By his name Vikas patel..i saw so many
fraud complaints has filed.., i realized that i am being fooled by this guy and i told him that i am going to file a complaint against him. Instead of switching off his phone, he said to me that you dont know power of army and me and i (Vikas) will file a case on me for fraud, he started threatning me and started talking in a rash way.

I would request you guys not to transfer money unless you see the product, no matter how trusted the other party is. Just sharing my plight so others dont suffer : (

I would request this matter to be urgently looked as i am seeing multiple complaints for fraud done under the name of indian army and this guy is fooling people.
