Indian Army — Vikas patel Indian army soldier make fraud with me

Vikas patel, has make fraud with me in name of Indian army. I have posted one ads on Birds4sale app, he contacted me and shown the interest to buy the Lab puppy. Firstly he transferred 1rs for confirmation and after that he demand more money I transferred the 500bucks to him bt he refused to pay me back and after sometime he didn't received my call. I thought he is calling from Indian army, he shared me his details like adhaar Card, canteen Card, army truck driving licence so I can trust him..after sometime he started demand more money from me, bt I refused to pay. I have all his details. We want justice as soon as possible.
