Indian Backing System — fraudulent and abusive behavior by the owner defective freezer and no service

I purchased a refrigerator, freezer, oven and other items from Indian Baking System. My experience has been extremely bad and fraudulent:

The owner [Ashwani Kumar ] took full payment in advance but delivered all items late.

In less than one year, the freezer stopped working.

The technician came and took the motor away, but even after 3 days there was no return or solution.

When I called the owner himself (Mr. [Owner’s Name], Phone: [Owner’s Number]), instead of solving the issue he was extremely rude, arrogant, and used abusive words towards me.

This is clear fraud and harassment. Customers spend their hard-earned money and deserve respect, warranty, and proper service. Instead, I faced cheating, delay, and insult from the owner himself.
⚠️ I strongly warn other consumers to stay away from Indian Baking System. Once they take your money, they don’t care about service or product quality.

I request strict action against this company and its owner for fraud, unprofessional behavior, and harassment of customers.
