Indian Bank Park Town — Loan moratorium automatically extends upto 1 year if EMI is paid upto March 2021

Address:Indian bank park town branch
Website:www.indianbank.co.in

Dear Madam, (second consumer forum complaint)

Indian bank park town branch (CIF of Dr. Vedavalli Sachithananthan and B. Sachithananthan.
Since I have paid EMIs up to April 31st, 2021, I automatically get the loan moratorium extension of one year which completes only on April 31st, 2022. I did not pay EMI only in May and June. So my account lapses to NPA only after 3 months ie July 31st, 2022 (still awaiting moratorium extension from RBI for home loans as they have already sanctioned for MSME loans). How can you say that my accounts lapsed on March 9th, 2022 to NPA?
Please check your possession date herewith attached from Park town branch under signature by your good self?
I want an immediate email showing a notice of withdrawal of possession notice immediately to my email [protected]@yahoo.com and a willingness to release an educational loan last installment to my son without margin money as compensation for your hasty incorrect or inaccurate decision. Thanks and best wishes. Dr. Vedavalli Sachithananthan, Chennai

Please ignore my complaint no. 1? That was to prove that a legal heir signature from my children does not give the Indian bank the right to dispose of 100% of self-owned Kannadasan Nagar property and 63.3 % of my Thirumullaivoyal property. I have not given any legal heirship to my children either for my loans or for my property.

Thank you for your understanding.
