Indian Clearing Corporation Iccl — Wrong Credit then Harassing by Legal Notice.

With all due respect i want to address my side regarding the erroneous credit of INR 10000/- from ICCL in two payments of INR 5000/- each with NEFT ref no. N[protected] & N[protected] from Indian Clearing Corporation L9262. My bank had put the amount on hold regarding which i responded earlier, that the bank has told me the amount has been reversed back to the source of credit. Despite all of this i am getting legal notice which is very much an indication of a series of erroneous activities ICCL is engaged in. I have to state that i was assured by the bank Paytm Payments Bank the amount has been credited back to source and the details were provided to the ICCL in previous conversation with ICCL executives. I fail to understand that why all of this is being put against me again and again that too due to the fault of themselves. I have summarised whole thing in few points. 1. ICCL credits an erroneous amount of INR 10000/- in 2 installation without asking me which i am not responsible. 2. My bank puts on hold the amount after ICCL reports that error to bank. 3. ICCL approaches me to refund the amount indirectly through various executives. 4. I had conversation with my bank Paytm Payments Bank and i am convinced that the amount was credited back to source to ICCL and details of that provided by bank are forwarded to executives of ICCL. 5. All of sudden i am getting legal notice about the amount not being paid. Instead of looking back to source from which money was credited due to ICCL mistake i am getting notice, This displays amd explains the amount of conducting work which ICCL is putting. I am not surprised that these happened erroneous by seeing the working of ICCL. At last i am not responsible for anything regarding any erroneous transactions as ICCL has recieved the money earlier by Paytm Payments Bank On 14/11/2022.
