I pk shaji, uttam adhikari (p), 00533-q presently posted at cgrhq (e) is to inform you that i have been facing undue financial hardship view non adjustment of my pay and allowances and timely crediting of the same from your end despite repeated reminders are submitted as documentary proof through cg administrative authorities.
(a) non-adjustment of financial upgradation under macp scheme as per 6th cpc recommendation:-
I am entitled an old dues of rs.51, 800/- from 01 sep 2008 to 31 oct 2011 as difference of grade pay of rs.1400/- per month for 37 months on completion of more than 10 years of continuous service in the same rank. (refer to rhq (e) letters 3852 of even no dated 01 july 16 and 10 aug 16 respectively.)
(b) house rent allowance at y class city rate of 20% at vizhinjam:-
I am having an outstanding dues of rs.32, 767 as hra from july 2015 t0 17 apr 2016 (details are submitted vide 3852 of reminder-1 letter dated 11 aug 16.)
(c) non adjustment of basic pay & grade pay on promotion to the rank o[censored]ttam adhikri, w. e. f 01 nov 2015:-
The pay fixation proforma and ink signed genform were submitted vide icgs c-427 letter 403 dated 22 feb 16 for fixation of pay on promotion. however, the basic pay and grade are not yet adjusted/changed and not even reflected in the soe of 7/2016 and thus resulted the lowest fixation of basic pay and arrears for me among the same rank holders in the 7th cpc pay fixation. (refer soe 08/16).
In view of the above, it is requested that the same may be resolve at the earliest and arrears be credited to my ipa considering the undue financial constraints faced by me and a copy of detailed fixation be e - mailed to my id [protected]@yhoo.com
