Indian Eagle — Fraud agency who doesn't explain terms and disclaimers while booking the ticket and charge a lot of cancellations

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM INDIAN EAGLE!!! THEY ARE FRAUD, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EVERY LITTLE SITUATION IF POSSIBLE:

HIDDEN CHARGE #1 - They charged me cancellation fee of $75 for pre pone the ticket and buying a new one in place of it. And very sneaky people -they don't share proper disclaimer s on call. They don't speak about seat allocations. And blamed me for being unaware of travel polices .Very rude and unethical team . The team Jackson/Rahul and their manager Riaz (if i am not wrong) are hope less. The manager will play blame game instead of taking responsibility of

making the customer feel happy about the trip. My trip was worse and i paid so much more than i could have got on actual website and i had to sit beside the rest room for my entire trip because i am not allowed to choose tickets. As Indian eagle doesn't have authority to choose the seats for passengers. I couldn't check in my ticket online earlier or choose the desired seat. And the refund they give after the cancellation is like nothing and they charged me processing fee of $75 and said the Actual airlines charge that money but it was never true, I confirmed the Airlines they do not charge any fee earlier to 24hrs of travel

I really regretted traveling ling with this fraud agency . Please be aware of choosing the trip

If you go through direct websites you will definitely be on benefit side of not losing as much money as these agency does. The prices seems similar but still they charge you on processing fee and cancellations and the return they give is nothing and for that you have to request them in many ways still they don't respond .What ever you ask they put it on The airlines. While airlines never charge or do such fraud.

I would request anyone to be aware of this and stop giving them the business.

I lost lot of money on my trip and had really worse experience because they don't speak terms clearly .

And i requested them for refund, the manager was so rude and he treatned me not to put the history on website.

I would never wish anyone to have such a bad experience after paying almost $5000 for single person trip.

I would have been so comfortable if i would have travelled through direct airlines.
