Complaint:

Sir/Madam,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my order SID#132813, which was delivered to me on 10.08.2026.

I ordered a 3-pack of Super Firming Wire-Free Full Cup Bras, size 30-32, as shown and described on your website. However, the products I received are completely different from what I ordered.

Instead of the advertised product, I received two very cheap-quality sports bras, which are not the product shown in my order. The quality is extremely poor and, in my opinion, the received products are not even worth ₹50. Moreover, I ordered a 3-pack, but I received only 2 bras, meaning there is also a quantity mismatch.

This is not a case of simply being dissatisfied with the product—the wrong product has been delivered, and it does not match my order description, product type, or quantity.

I have an unboxing video as proof, along with photographs of the product I ordered and the products I actually received.

I also tried contacting the provided customer-care number, but the call could not be connected because the number appears to be temporarily out of service.

Therefore, I request you to:

Arrange an immediate return/pickup of the wrong products.
Provide a full refund of ₹799.
Process the refund through UPI.
Confirm the return and refund procedure at the earliest.

I have received the wrong and incomplete product through no fault of my own, so I should not be charged any return or shipping fees.

Please resolve this matter immediately. If the issue is not resolved, I will have to consider escalating the complaint through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.
