I ordered a dress set from a website (https://lime-lights.com) that I found via an Instagram ad. The offer was Buy 1 Get 1 Free on Kurta Sets. The site showed premium quality images. I placed a Cash on Delivery order for ₹1900.
However, I received two completely different and very low-quality dresses worth barely ₹100 each. I requested the delivery person to allow me to check the package before payment, but he denied it, saying it was not open-box delivery. I paid the amount in cash, and he marked it as delivered and left.
There is no return or exchange option on the website, and the seller is now not responding to calls or messages. I believe this is a case of online shopping fraud.
