Indian Institute Of Business Management & Studies [iibms] — Not Received an Exam paper for Second Semester EMBA

Hello,

I am Shabana Mohammed Samdani, reference no IIBMS-B480-EM210 applied for EMBA.

I had completed my first semester in January and even clear out. I had applied for my second semester from April 1st till 10th 2021. But I have not received any confirmation or exam paper.
When contacted the exam team they said there is some missing document related to the fee. I submitted all the documents to the accounts & exam dept. then they said you had paid to a personal account and not via online.
The reason was some issue with paying online, some error was coming for that reason the Former counselor Priya from your team advise me to pay to the personal account. She had left the organization but the amount received confirmation is given from your team "IIBMS Accounts department" in the form of fee receipts; I had submitted all the documents and I am daily sending the email to the accounts department to follow up but getting no response from them. I had paid the fees was able to give Semester-I, but now for Semester II, they are saying I have not paid online.

I have given all proof and confirmation emails from their department, as receiving the amount by IIBMS.
