Indian Institute Of Management — Payment related

Hello, while i was applying for CAT 2022 on 10 sept 2022 . I choose payment through UPI. The amount of Rs 2300 is successfully deducted from my bank . but at iimb site payment status showed failed payment. I submitted my grievance to the iim but it's been more than 48 hours. No action has been taken neither the payment status changed nor the amount refunded. please refund my amount or change the payment status in application as the last date of form filling is near which is 14th september.
