[Resolved] Indian Money — Leads not received | |||
Myself kiran kacharla, [protected] subscribed for home loan leads for rs.3300 against 10 leads in june 2016 first week. painful to inform that only 1 leads has received on that time and that too i have given an request for replacement post discussion with customer till date its been pending only.indian money has opened to grapped money to cheat people. Jul 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved my crm migrated into lead market has been done. i hv got credit only for 2970. i got the resonse from associate care indian money.com Mr.mohan has called up. Basis on my earlier complaint on 8.7.2016 they have migrated from CRM into LEAD INDIA MARKET, but whenever i login all the home loan related leads are shown as SOLD. A part of a details shows a time when its been purchase by the customer, but as i m sure on that no leads when shown wherein later when we login and check it shows as SOLD. You may people categorise as per subscription. Since its my minimal subscription of Rs.3300 against 10 leads i m not able to see a single lead to purchase and when i talk to customer care they ask to renew my subscribtion..all rubbish...you may cheat customer post taking money from us...i want my money back.
