Indian Oil Lpg Distributor: M/s Ganpati Indane, Raipur (Code: 265029) — Inordinate delay in supply of refill LPG cylinder.

In spite of fulfillment of all paper formalities as and when required by the Distributor viz. Ganpati Indane, Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Code: 265029), every time there is inordinate delay in supply of LPG cylinder persists. This time also we have booked for supply of refilled LPG cylinder on 10.08.2015 through my registered Mob. No. [protected] over company's mob. no. [protected], but after a lapse of 18 days we could not receive the same. Meanwhile on 24.08.2015, in person i visited the M/s Ganpati Indane, Raipur and met Shri Shyam ji, employee of the firm. Where I have been told that my gas connection is duplicate mean my aadhar and bank account is linked with another gas account. In this context, I told them I have only one GAS connection so there should be no question of duplicity. If there is any duplicate gas connection which is being shown by your system then let me know the name and status of such duplicate connection so that necessary legal step may be taken against such duplicator. In the scenario, may I be suspended/ debarred from availment of refilled LPG GAS cylinder from M/s Ganpati Indane, Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Code: 265029)????? On being asked by them, I again have submitted our bank details along with AADHAR card and distributor folio. Who in turn assured me to have supply the refilled cylinder by tomorrow i.e. on 25.08.2015. But till date we could not receive the same. In the context, may I draw your attention that your organization debars in booking of next refill by a gap of at least 21 days in previous and current booking. In light of the above scenario, please do needful so that such type of occurrence in delay of supply may not be repeated.
