This post is intended as a public advisory for students and parents researching the Indian School of Business and Finance (ISBF), India.
I am currently pursuing a formal consumer case against ISB[censored]nder the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. This is being shared to ensure transparency and help others make informed decisions when evaluating ISBF reviews, ISBF student experiences, and ISBF complaints in India.
Summary of My Experience with ISBF
During my interaction with ISBF, I encountered several serious concerns:
1) Misrepresentation of Services: The academic offering and institutional support presented during onboarding did not align with the actual experience.
2) Lack of Transparency: Important academic and administrative details were not clearly communicated, leading to confusion and poor decision-making conditions.
3) Deficiency in Student Support: Queries and concerns were not handled with the expected level of responsiveness or professionalism.
4) Overall Experience: The gap between expectations and delivery resulted in significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

Legal Action Taken
Due to the above issues, I have:
1) Filed a formal complaint through the consumer forum
Initiated legal proceedings citing:
Deficiency in Service
Why This Matters for Students & Parents
Choosing an educational institution is a high-stakes financial and career decision. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that:
1) Students conduct independent research beyond official claims
2) Parents verify actual student experiences and outcomes
3) Prospective applicants carefully evaluate ISBF reviews and complaints before enrolling
Ongoing Status
This matter is currently under legal consideration. I will continue to update this post as the case progresses.
