Indian Shopping Hub — order cancel refund not received

I was ordered the i phone 6 in 50% discount & for the same i have asked to pay the advance conformation charges of rs 6000/- in the account of shaukeen the said md of the organization, after i done the payment they asking me to do the payment of another 12000/- for insurance purpose which i not able to pay so asked to cancel the order & following for the refund but after some days all the numbers provided & displayed on the website are either switched off or not in service.

I was trying to reach them from couple of the months but not able & not got my refund amount.

So hlease help me in getting my money back.
