I have ordered a bed spread on 08.11.2015 and paid an advance of Rs. 1250 /- but the parcel not received till now. whenever i call the ITDC people, they are giving irresponsible answers. They are not returning money also. they are not telling about the parcel status too. please help to get my parcel or to get back my hard earned money.
