Hi, I have made payment of Rs.15000 in the month of Sep-2024 to get my degree certificate and Transcript with a promise of getting them within 60 days. Soon after receiving the money, the team stopped responding and it is 4th month now, the degree certificate and Transcripts(from MKU university) is not delivered.
