Indian Transcripts — Fraud Company took payments and no response

I approached this company to obtain transcripts for my degree certificate from university, Since I need it urgently to submit to my employer. They claimed to be a registrated company.They took a initial payment of 6000 and after making the payment they sent me another bill of 6000 as university fee and courier charges although the university fees is 1000 in university website.
Eventhough after receiving all this payments and my certificate copies, they didn't even respond to me till date and noone picking up call in phone number and no response to emails.
