Indianideas.com Private Limited — Payment failed but amount deducted

I made payment of my apspdcl electricity bill through icici bill pay through payment gateway ofindiaideas.com pvt limited, but amount of rs246 was deducted twice, bill was not generated prompting try again later. The transaction id's are bil/[protected]/indiaideas.com ltd/sp and bil/[protected]/india ideas.com ltd/sp. Please redirect my unsuccessful bill pay amount to my account as early as possible.
