[Resolved]  Indianmoney.com — Indian Money is cheating innocent people

I am an Independent Financial Advisor based out of Pune dealing with Life Insurance, General Insurance & a variety of other products. An Indian Money representative called me and offered to give me leads that have a genuine requirement of Insurance products. He promised me over the phone that the leads will have a min income of Rs. 30000/- and if in case the lead does not materialize then he will replace it with a fresh lead. I was also promised that I would get exclusive leads and that no other advisor would get the contact details of these leads. The leads would come at a cost of Rs 300/- per head. I was ready to try it out and requested a trial package of Rs. 5700/- with 20 leads. On receiving the leads I first noticed that most of them had an annual package of between 1.5 lakh and 2.5 lakhs which was not what was promised to me. So I contact the customer care and they say please send it for replacement and we will give you another lead for the same. So far so good, then I start calling the leads, only to realise that these poor customers have been already called by multiple people in the past and are not even close to interested in even meeting me regarding the product, forget about buying an Insurance product. I speak to the customer care and they blindly deny giving the contact to any one else. Now the leads that I had given for replacement due to low income get rejected saying the lead is interested and please call lead. Even the leads that have said they are not interested in taking a policy are not being replaced. I feel like the leads and myself have been victimized by this horrible company that has no clue of what their representatives are promising. Please help me out with this matter and see what can be done so that more people do not get fooled into something like this. I am willing to give more information if needed.
