Indian money.com is hired me as relationship manager with permanent work from home and 15000 fixed salary but in certification they give task to clear our certification, task is 15 or more financial freedom app download and 3 subscription it means min 3 months 3 subscription that cost is 12000/- after clearing certification they give 80 data to call and explain there app and min 2hr must for half day salary but the data is all switched off or not reachable or incoming facility not available no and we won't able to achieve min 2hr of talk time also then they will block our I'd forever and kick out from job.

My employe I'd is 70067. In training period I did 52000 revenue and quality for 20000 incentives and after that again I did 12000 revenue the total daily incentive is 3700. And the total incentives is 23700/- company said 45 days is waiting period for your incentives but they didn't gave my incentives just told me to keep your id active we will give next week but I kept my id active 94 days but I didn't received any incentive and am not able to do 2 hr of talk time also now my id got blocked now they are telling if I'd is blocked we can't give your incentives... If I don't receive my incentives I will go consumer court.

70067 is my employe I'd u should pay my incentives of 23700/- company said 45days is waiting period and keep your id active but I kept my id active 94 days but I didn't received my incentives still tl and manager telling to do 2hr talk time or sale. If I didt receive my incentives means I will apply in consumer court
