In november 18, the lead market employees were calling 3-4 times a day about lead market benefits and the quality leads they are providing. After some days i fall in their trap and subscribed the basic package of rs.5000+gst. They said that if you will not subscribe 5 leads in the month you will be deducted rs.50/month... That was manageable. But after 4 months they started deducted rs.500/month. I said why are you deducting rs.500 they said our terms & conditions changed you can check it out.in july month i buy some "quality" leads and called them but received no reply from them. Than i asked the relationship manager this leads were "quality" leads how came they were not replying. They told me to upgrade to premium package of rs.30000 + gst as in this package all leads will converted into sales. Till november no leads have been converted and all money deposited in the company are wasted. I said to refund my money... They said all money will be refunded in the wallet if i upgrade to premium package of rs.30000+gst.
