Greetings from delhi!

Despite of my continuous emails to your team i see that i have become eligible to receive only formatted text which was not the case when i spoke to mr vinay srivastava who came into picture when i was having a conversation with ms sabeena and didn’t agree to the company’s terms and conditions.

Firstly when i had my conversation with ms. Sabeena i was not agreed with the terms & conditions set by your company [indaianmoney.com] but mr vinay srivastava then intervened and lured me by making all false promises so that i just make the payment; enrol into your lead market program and then he will go out of the picture. For evidence; four such call recordings has been shared with your team on 20th march to understand my engagement, but there is no intention to solve the issues.

My target has not been met wherein i was promised by mr vinay to have rs. 15 lacs worth of business in the month of march to meet my branch target. When your team couldn't deal with my constant contact mr. Mohan came into the picture and smartly assigned a relationship manager mr. Momik who again was not much of a help as all the leads were not workable. All the leads i got were either people who were not contactable or outside the state of delhi or just collecting information for future planning. By keeping aside my disappointment i still cooperated with mr. Momik and gave all the freedom to buy the leads as per his judgement without bothering about the price, but the result still stands at absolute zero.

From all the 50 [plus] leads bought by your team; not even one had been converted on the basis provided that these candidates would be all screened and they would have a reasonable knowledge about the insurance products and requirement. This is mentioned in your website and youtube videos that your company does make sure that customers understand about their insurance needs and right insurance product, they are properly verified and interested to buy the insurance but as per my interactions with the prospective customers neither they have proper knowledge about insurance needs or the prerequisites nor any immediate requirement, e. G. Some of them [your gold leads] didn’t even have an active bank account; money to buy insurance and itr to buy a term insurance. Can any insurance company issue an insurance to a person without having an active bank account? Or without payment [premium]? Or a term insurance without itr? How can they be a valuable customer in your screening process?

All in all i can summarise that your team has sold incomplete and unqualified clients information which are a case of cheating and breaching trust. You may also refer the reasons given by your very own company staff [rm] for each replacement of leads. I do also have many phone call records to proof.

I have given more than enough time for your team to prove what they committed to me before buying my subscription. Also sent number of emails with option for closing this matter amicably, but all have gone in deaf ear and left me feeling that i have been taken for granted.

Hence, after waiting for one and half month i have decided to take a serious call on this long pending issue in this week through our legal team and book a complaint with all the correspondence and data of 50 [plus] people available with us. We also have decided to take it through social media about this matter since you are in no mood to solve the issue in an amicable manner.

Who decided that my complaint has been resolved? Have you remitted back my amount Rs 59000? If so then submit here the r emittance receipt. Your all fixed template reply which is completely base less will not going give you ticket for "RESOLVED". You people have to stop cheating clients money and breaching trust. I am not going to keep quite until you return money and accept your complete failure.

Your reply is meaning less for the complain i have raised. STOP repeating same sentences i.e. "we are unable to provide the guarantee on their interest to buy the product from you " and famous line, "we do not have any conversion guarantee and refund option under any circumstances".

Please read my complain and concern once again carefully NONE OF YOUR PROVIDED LEADS ARE EVEN AVAILABLE neither for Meeting nor they require any policies. All the Leads are generated just to shake of selling to us with a Price Tag...

You do not have Refund policy because you know very well that the kind of service you provide are not having capacity to HOLD a client for long and all the client will stand with claim one another day.

It took more than 45 days to address my concern, that shows your intension and integrity.

If you have any business ETHICS then RETURN my money as you HAVE COMPLETELY FAILED TO STAND WITH YOUR OWN COMMITMENT.
