[Resolved] IndianMoney.com / Suvision Holdings — refund for wallet balance

Sir/madam, I have deposited the balance of rs. 5900/- and purchased various leads but none of them is real. These guys are making fool and doing scam in india. Its should be banned and should be taken a corrective action against them. All the sales representative are calling and forcing us to do as per their advice. I want the refund of rs. 5900/- in my bank account otherwise i will sue in the court of law and they can be paid as huge amount for that. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Verified Support Dec 28, 2018 IndianMoney.com / Suvision Holdings Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Jitendra, Kindly note that we will be able to provide the leads who are all interested on a particular product but we are unable to provide the guarantee on their interest to buy the product from you. So, please be informed that we do not have conversion ratio guarantee. Instead we provide replacement option for invalid leads. Therefore, we don't have refund option under any circumstances. Further, this to your notice that we don’t generate any leads through cold calling and we only educate those who post the request on our website/those who call us on our helpline number/those who respond to our promotional campaign. After which our Financial advisors call them up and provide Free Financial Education as per their request and validate their interest level and need. Only after the confirmation of their immediate requirement, we educate them on various parameters to be considered while buying the respective Financial Product. Hence, we do not forward any customers details to our Associates without the consent of the customer. Regards, Team - Associate care
