Dear sir i have became a member of premium care support, but after maintaining 50k wallet balance, these people are not giving proper support, in the beginning they told me to support well but after that they are neglecting me, so i am not interested to continue as a member in your company, kindly refund my money how much i have paid, i think this is not a proper company to support us...

We offer our services through Lead Market mobile application. It is a self serviced application wherein our customers have to buy the Leads of potential customers on their own. Hence, the argument of we not rendering service is not acceptable. We always train our customers as much as possible on how to make best use of it. We have series of videos and other sources which help them utilize the product. Moreover, we have dedicated customer support and also you can schedule the calls with our executives at their convenience through MY Calls application. Also, we don't have refund option under any circumstances.
