My sel[censored]ma. V 49 batch.EMP ID 99704. I have started my work on 27th March, i used to complete my task on daily basis even still i didn't receive my incentive asa well as salary. Due to my health issue i am able to work for 1 week unfortunately app is also deactivated. I requested my supervisor and my team leader to activate my account but on one is giving proper response.

This is my humble request to credit my salary and incentive and activate my account
