[Resolved] IndianMoney.com / Suvision Holdings — not able to provide services and not refunding money. | |||||
I had invested an amount of 10000/- in the above companies service called lead market. Their executive who called me to persuaded me regarding the service, made tall claims that i will get daily home loan leads from my area. I have invested this amount in may 2017. Till date they have not fulfilled any of their promises in-spite of multiple complaints. When i asked them that since they are not able to fulfill the promises they made, please refund my money for which they have a answer that they do not have a refund policy. But if they are not able to provide me the services they promised it is a imperative that they refund my money. But the same is not happening. On the contrary their executives call me and try to deceive us by saying that we are not receiving leads because we do not have a privilege access which is 30000/-+ and they requested to pay more and upgrade. Also, Lead market application is a self serviced mobile app wherein one can pick and choose the leads as and when it is uploaded. Therefore, Lead Market works exactly like your prepaid mobile service, wherein you have recharged your account to enjoy the services. Iam abhishek nema associate from indian money since 6 month, i paid 30k but i have get not a single lead which can close.i am very disappointed. Total fake and fraud leads are genrete, so plz refund my amount.daily company said that iam genreted lead but they totally wrong comment.

Hence, we will be able to provide the leads who are all interested on a particular product but we are unable to provide the guarantee on their interest to buy the product from you because customer's interest may vary at any point of time. Hence, don’t provide any kind of conversion guarantee. Instead we provide replacement option for invalid leads. Also, we don’t have refund option under any circumstances as there is no validity for your wallet balance.
