I had ordered a 2.2 lbs cake along with a bouquet at IndiaOnlineFlorists.com on Feb. 8th, 2015 and the delivery was to be made on Feb. 14th, 2015. The order was worth Rs. 1495 and the amount was deducted from my account instantly, but the delivery was never made.
The website says that in order to seek the refund, the customer has to send an email to a given email address. I wrote the email but neither received the refund, nor has anybody from the company responded to my email. The receptionist at the Kolkata office of IndiaOnlineFlorists.com refuses to offer any help or even to connect me to any higher authorities.
I seek the refund of my money.

took money from credit card didn't deliver flowers
I ordered flowers for my mother for mothersday. They didnt deliver the flowers.But they charged the amount including foreign transaction fee.
