They call you with lightening offer and have a tie up with Payu money asked me to purchase something over 3k and get iphone for 11k insurance deposit but they have not yet delivered the product all i got from their side is

later i asked for the refund on Jan 27th and from that day they are playing blame games and asked me to deposit 16k to get total refund of 30k and that also they said link failed and asked me to deposit another 10k to generate new 40 k link. after doing this now Indiaonshopping Team is not attending my calls as well kindly take some action against them and refund my money.
I have also recorded some calls when deposits were made and also have sent them the warning mail before i go to consumer forums.
Kindly help me out in this issue as its a huge amount of 40k.
