On 27th November'21, I had placed my First order with Indiefur for Hikari Goldfish Gold - 300 gm (Baby pellet), for which i had made an Online Payment for Rs.651/.
On 7th December'21, I had written to Indiefur asking for a Status update, since even after '7' days of placing the order, there was NO update.
Today the 14th December'21, I received a communication from Indiefur stating the Order is now complete.
Till date, EVEN AFTER '18' DAYS, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER.
In the said Indiefur communication received today morning, it shows, Courier
Delhivery, Tracking Number :[protected], was STOPPED FOR PICKUP by SHIPPER.
Clear case of Cheating and Malpractice by the Organization. Such Organizations must be Heavily Penalized for Cheating Customers of their Money & then Non delivery of Pre-paid Goods. Request Immediate Intervention & refund of my Money, inadvertently/ seemingly Stolen by Indiefur.
