I came across an ad for Indiemall on Instagram, promoting acupressure slippers. Interested, I ordered a pair in size 10 using the COD payment method. When the product arrived, it was a size 6, which doesn't fit me. I tried to return the slippers and get my money back, but Indiemall hasn't responded to my calls or emails. Their website also appears fake, lacking functional customer service. I later found the same product online for just 200 rupees, while Indiemall charged me 665 rupees. I feel frustrated and regret ordering from them.
