In cable is harassing like they are charging huge amount of monthly charges without giving receipts. Earlier they were charging rs. 200/- monthly and their display was very poor quality. And now since set top box is installed, they started forcefully charging rs.300/- without giving receipts and there is no selection of individual channel and they are charging lump sum amount of total all 140 channels includes non-useful channels and they are charging rs. 300/- for all these non-sense channels, which we don’t want. As per new rules of trai, public has to pay the monthly amount for the channels which they selected but in cable is charging huge amount of monthly rs. 300/- for all non-senses channels which we are not selected and which we don't want. You are requested to take action against in cable, belgaum, karnataka as early as possible against this un-authorised monthly charges. Was this information helpful? |
