Indira Mahila Sahakari Bank Ltd Nandurbar — Harassment and unprofessional behavior of branch staff & manager

This bank operates as an Axis Bank branch. It uses Axis Bank's IFSC code(UTIB0SIMB01). Axis Bank has given them permission to use the code, but doesn't take any responsibility. How can Axis Bank make any bank a branch without any background verification?
The employees(Mr. Gangurde, Mr. Pawar & the Cashier) of this bank are the worst. They have no manners or sense. They disrespect customers and talk rudely. There's no customer support service. The branch manager(Mr. Vaani)and head office are the same person, with the same email ID and contact number. So, if you want to complain about the manager's bad behavior, you'll have to complain to the manager themselves. It's a big issue, but I can't explain it here right now.
I have some complaints:
1. The branch staff and manager need training on behavior and professionalism.
2. The manager isn't available at the branch and is often out.
3. There's no customer support service Or website.
4. They intentionally trouble customers - you have to visit the branch multiple times for one task, beg them, and wait 3-4 hours.
