Order was placed for store pick up at Mall of India. Delivery date was May 27, 2023. However, there was no update. Customer care unresponsive- "we have escalated the matter to the relevant team" is what they keep repeating since last 24 hours. They cannot transfer the call or do anything for you except repeat this line.
