I, Siddharth Agarwal, email id: sid.[protected]@gmail.com, I have registered two return at zara app on 13th jan 2024.
1. With return order no. [protected] for 11 items.
2. With return order no. [protected] for 12 items
On 14/15 the delivery guy came, Checked and collected all the 23 article from my home in good condition and accepted the return.
Till 24.01.24 I have received refund of 7 items each in both the returns order no. mention above.
After about a month passed by I checked the status and my bank account I found that no refund of 9 items for the above returns have received. There after I called zara customer care, and lodge a complain, and the matter was escalated by them to the respective teams, firstly they mailed me that they have not received the remaining goods, so we can not refund you the remaining amounts, again I called customer care and lodged a complain, matter was again escalated, and after 1-2 days they have received goods which they have not received earlier or they have traced it God Knows, but I have received refund of the remaining 5 articles of return order no. 2 mention above, I again called customer care for refund of my other 4 items, they said wait for some day matter for order no. 1 is already under process, I waited, then I received a mail that we have closed your case and we will not provide any refund further.
I want to make this clear that it's not my fault that they have not received the goods or the are not able to track them, it's between the zara and the delivery partner [DELHIVERY], I have returned all the goods in a good conditions, so I should not suffer at any cost.
All I here from your pathetic representatives over the call is : “sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have escalated this and request you to wait for 24-48 hours”!!! THE LONGEST 24-48 HOURS…NEVER ENDING…
When i asked to speak to higher authorities, they said we will call u in next 24-48 hours, No one ever messages or calls back… and the same thing goes on the next day…and the next … what the hell?
It's already been almost 2 months of grilling.
What am I supposed to do?
Where is my money?
How do I get my hard earned money back?
I shall be highly obliged if you could, please help me get my refund ASAP!
