Individual Person — No Response and No Right Service

Parcel about 20 Kgs, we have received the parcel bill with unclear delivery office number and no address were mentioned in that. Got number from main office and tried reaching that number it was switched off. Got notification around 5 parcel is ready to pick up with contact person number. Immediately called the person and asked where is the location he said come close to Pheonix will guide the place & collect it before 6 pm.We are Away from 10 kms from parcel service hurrily went till pheonix around 5.40 pm called and asked how to reach the place because whatever adress mentioned in Google it was right, he didn't give the proper address and managed to reach the place at 5.59pm. He is telling 2 mints back only I have closed it .You can collect it on Monday, because it was Friday evening.

But he knows person is coming to collect the parcel if he is in hurry to close the parcel service atleast he should have informed right.

Why no clear and timely communication/notification not shared?

Why no proper Information given?

Without knowing to tell the address to reach the place why the person should be appointed??

Why delivery office number & address not giving rightly???

I do not think other parcel services doing the same or ARC parcels services having this kind of worst service

I won't recommend this to anyone
