Individual Person — Regarding to refund my deducted amount

Dear kotak mahindra bank,

I Jogindersingh Dadarsingh Bhada, My account number is [protected] and my kotak account is keep deducting from rs.23.60 on the daliy basis, deducted on 09/09/21 and 10/09/21 for the atm cw fees-dom. there are 5 transctions of non kotak ATM banks are free in a month and i had withdrawl only twice in this month first transaction on 06/09/21 and second on 08/09/21 but after that transaction I have charged 9 times of 23.60 Rs. Which has Charges of 212.40 Rs and 1 time of 10.03 If your bank is keep charging Rs.23.60 from my account which is not good.

I just want to know and i need an explanation that why i am keep charging with that nonsense fees. This is total pathetic and that means if i keep my money in the account it will become nill soon from the way you are charging.

Please find attached screenshot of my deducted amount and do needful as soon as possible to refund my total deducted amount of 224.40 Rs.
