Yesterday one call received talk by i am iob staff, you housing loan pending amount some words two much talk, suddenly 10 mts hold call i am go to bank manager, but manager yesterday not inside branch then staff ask, where is the manager, he said go to out of station, staff said phone call housing loan not paid amount over talk to her inform to staff no response. Really affect the loan customer. Month on month properly amount paid,
