Individual-voter Id Card — Non-receipt of physical form of 'photo voter id cards' .

I am residing at flat no.E-305, indian oil apartment, plot no. C-58/23, sector-62, noida since last 10 years and have applied for voter id card 6 times. Although names of some of my my family members staying with me are appearing in the voter list of our society residents (photo id card) and have exercised our voting rights also based on the "voter id card sleeps" provided to us by various political parties time to time, however we are yet to receive our voter identity cards in physical form. Tried several times after extensive follow ups with the concerned election officer after filling up the requisite forms with required documents; but every time my efforts has gone to dust bin. Finally i request the highest level of election authority to help in providing the voter id card as appearing in the voter list with respective photos. My email id is '[protected]@gmail.Com'.
